Subject: Day Trips
Hello, my wife and I were in Iceland for 3 nights this week and we looked at the various excursions offer on the internet. We decided to go with you because you had such good reviews on Trip Advisor. In the event we did 3 trips with you and each time Lena was on our coach, performing several roles from guide to driver. She really made our short visit to Iceland memorable and she will be the reason we will return some day. I am sure you have many employees with the same level of commitment and flexibility that Lena demonstrated, employees who will go the extra mile. People like these are what makes a company successful.
